This report compares you to other women between the ages of 21 and 40 in United Kingdom. It analyses you based on each of the five broad personality domains of the Five-Factor Model (Goldberg, L R. 1999), and the six sub domains at each level.

Neuroticism

You feel tense, jittery, and nervous and often feel like something dangerous is about to happen. You may be afraid of specific situations or be just generally fearful. You feel enraged when things do not go your way. You are sensitive about being treated fairly and feel resentful and bitter if you think you are being cheated. You tend to lack energy and have difficult initiating activities. You are sensitive about what others think of you. Your concern about rejection and ridicule cause you to feel shy and uncomfortable around others. You are easily embarrassed and often feel ashamed. Your fears that others will criticize or make fun of you are exaggerated and unrealistic, but your awkwardness and discomfort may make these fears a self-fulfilling prophecy. You feel strong cravings and urges that you have difficulty resisting. You tend to prefer short-term pleasures and rewards over long-term consequences. You experience panic, confusion, and helplessness when under pressure or stress.

Extraversion

People generally perceive you as distant and reserved, and you do not usually reach out to others. You tend to feel overwhelmed by, and therefore actively avoid, large crowds. You often need privacy and time for yourself. You tend not to talk much and prefer to let others control the activities of groups. You lead a moderately paced life. You like some energetic activities, but also like to relax and take it easy. You enjoy some excitment and risk taking in your life. You are not prone to spells of energetic high spirits.

Openness to Experience
Overall Score

You are a moderately imaginative person who enjoys a good balance between the real world and fantasy. You love beauty, both in art and in nature. Sometimes you become easily involved and absorbed in artistic and natural events. You have good access to and awareness of your own feelings. You are eager to try new activities, travel to foreign lands, and experience different things. You find familiarity and routine boring, and will take a new route home just because it is different. As a person who is open-minded to new and unusual ideas, you love to play with and think about ideas. You also like to debate intellectual issues and often enjoy riddles, puzzles and brain teasers. Often you exhibit a readiness to challenge authority, convention, and traditional values. Sometimes you feel a certain degree of hostility toward rules and perhaps even enjoy ambiguity.

Agreeableness

You generally see others as selfish, devious, and sometimes potentially dangerous. You believe that a certain amount of deception in social relationships is necessary. You are guarded in new relationships and less willing to openly reveal the whole truth about yourself. You will help others if they are in need. If people ask for too much of your time you feel that they are imposing on you. You are not adverse to confrontation and will sometimes even intimidate others to get your own way. You do not like to claim that you are better than other people, and generally shy from talking yourself up. You are tenderhearted and compassionate, feeling the pain of others vicariously and are easily moved to pity.

Conscientiousness

Often you do not feel effective, and may have a sense that you are not in control of your life. In general you tend to be disorganized and scattered. You find contracts, rules, and regulations overly confining and are sometimes seen as unreliable or even irresponsible by others. You are content to get by with a minimal amount of work, and might be seen by others as lazy. You find yourself procrastinating and show poor follow-through on tasks. Often you fail to complete tasks - even tasks that you want very much to complete. You often say or do the first thing that comes to mind without deliberating alternatives and the probable consequences of those alternatives.

Yeah, I'll go with that, even the things that I don't agree with.

But - to quote the text I just got from Wench: WE GOT BOBBY!!!!!!

(Jim Beaver's announced as an Asylum guest - yay! We got Bobby!)

(and I just got spoiled on the Rogue Events pages - not just the forum folks...)

Excellent.

Bloody spoilers!

Although I've now found out that the spoiler I got at the weekend wasn't a spoiler! Yay! Leah Cairns was at the con, she plays Racetrack in BSG and was the dude's wife in Crossroad Blues. Karen called the episode something different and made me think it was an upcoming s3 one. Yay!

How accurate is the test?
the girl who used to dance on fire and brimstonewhiskyinmind on April 18th, 2008 08:22 am (UTC)
not a clue!

Seems to have picked up on most of my personality traits though, even the ones I'm not happy about are more or less accurate.

I'm starting to think I might be the only one in Lauren's panels who actually likes her character...

(although it may be my fanon version of her I like, but still!)

Truly excellent piece Sho - I always thought that this would be the kind of secret Bela is keeping.

Isn't it the trend amongst a certain section of the spn fandom to hate all the females irrespective? Personally there isn't enough of Bela in the show.
the girl who used to dance on fire and brimstone: spn//dean/bela - isis2015whiskyinmind on April 18th, 2008 03:48 pm (UTC)
Thank you muchly! I was talking to Monkey about it after he finally watched the episode, and he said that he and Mrs Monkey both thought it was an unplanned pregnancy/abortion that she was feeling the guilt over. Which could actually lead me into another fic if I ever get to the botton of my pile of things to finish!

Yes - there was a hatred of Bela from the get-go simply because she was a girl which just goes to show how insecure some of the fandom can be at times.
thedothatgirlthedothatgirl on April 18th, 2008 03:53 pm (UTC)
Yes, Monkey's theory was something that I thought of too.

But this is more emotional and explores the facets of her character, if it is revealed then I hope they go this route.

What really gets me about this is that it's so personal to me that I didn't think it would resonate with anyone else - the race to the house from the garage? That's me and my dad. I never faced the euthanasia decision, but the rest of it? yeah.

I wonder if that's why I like her so much, because I put so much of myself into that little piece.

(am heading home now - not ignoring you, just can't answer!)
