You know what I would really love?

I would really love it if I could actually sleep through the night. Not wake up two hours after going to bed, and then again a couple of hours later.

No wonder I'm always so damn tired.

I've tried Kalms, I've tried cutting down on caffeine and not eating anything after 8pm, I've tried chilling my mind out before I go to bed - no TV, no reading, no writing (knitting's good for that), and none of it has had any impact.

I don't tend to have trouble getting to sleep, it's staying that way that I have issues with. So. Does anyone have any tips?
