Computer help?
Okay, so I need to start paying you guys consultation fees!

(which of course I'll get sis to pay since it's her computer that's got the problem... heh!)

Having issues with internet connection. The problem is 'error 0x8007277' and googling it gives me this answer which works fine. Up until the next time it restarts and Windows installs the automatic update of SP2. I can switch off the automatic update, but I don't want to have to do that. Does anyone have any idea how I can fix this *with* SP2 active?

And yes, we do find it slightly odd that there's a problem with Vista just as the new OS comes out...

Cheers dude. When I hit the forums that have registered MSPs (or whatever they call themselves these days) they all give the same solution I've tried and said if it doesn't work then to consider upgrading to Windows 7. Convenient that innit?

Not that I'm overly cynical or anything... *smiles innocently*
